When you enter a First Methodist Church Port Neches worship service/event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.
First Methodist Church Port Neches (FMC Port Neches) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by FMC Port Neches, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. FMC Port Neches may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
A person attending an FMC Port Neches event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the church office, in writing (P.O. Box 277 | Port Neches, Texas 77651).
By participating in an FMC Port Neches worship service or event, or by failing to notify FMC Port Neches in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by FMC Port Neches, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify FMC Port Neches from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with FMC Port Neches may not use copy, alter or modify FMC Port Neches photographs, graphics, videography, or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from FMC Port Neches.
